Between 2:15 PM and 3:40 PM EDT, build queue times were elevated due to a surge in deploys (likely end-of-semester project rush). Average wait time peaked at 45 seconds vs. normal 3 seconds. We auto-scaled build workers and queue times returned to normal by 3:40 PM. No deploys were lost.

The Oregon edge node experienced a 12-minute outage from 11:03 AM to 11:15 AM PDT due to a datacenter network issue. Traffic was automatically rerouted to the California and Washington nodes. Some users on the West Coast may have experienced slightly higher latency during this window.

A configuration update to our OAuth provider caused login failures between 9:00 AM and 9:35 AM EST. Approximately 120 users were unable to log in during this period. CLI deployments were not affected. Root cause was a mismatched redirect URI; fixed and deployed within 35 minutes.

Let's Encrypt rate limits caused certificate renewals to queue for ~2 hours affecting approximately 30 custom domains. No sites went down — browsers showed warnings only for domains whose certs expired during the window. We implemented certificate pre-renewal (7 days before expiry) to prevent recurrence.
